HERSHEY’S Chocolate Tour Ride
Hop into a themed car for a factory tour that begins in farmlands, winds through a warm cocoa bean roaster, and ends with thousands of candies twisting and turning on conveyor belts. This beloved tradition that tells the story of HERSHEY’S Chocolate – and also inspired the very construction of HERSHEY’S CHOCOLATE WORLD – is still free. It’s also available from open to close daily and finishes with a free sweet Hershey’s sample for every rider.

All year round, we offer special experiences – from seasonal photo sets to dance parties – at no cost at all. The point is: we just want you to come, have fun, and not worry about a ticket.
Character Meet & Greets
Listen, we work here and we still can’t resist Hershey’s high-fives and the adorable pink heels on Miss Kiss. Our crew of characters is available for free visits all through the year (dates and times posted seasonally), and they often pop in at special events, too. These make for the best photo memories!
