All of our attraction Adventure Bundles come with complimentary all-day parking in the Chocolate World lot. If you purchased your bundle online in advance, have your tickets ready to show at our parking toll booth upon arrival. If you buy your bundle at our ticketing counter, show your attractions ticket along with a stamped parking voucher at our toll booth upon exit. If you buy individual attraction tickets a la carte, you will receive a timed ticket at the toll booth for up to three hours of free parking.

Yes, admission into HERSHEY'S CHOCOLATE WORLD and our famous HERSHEY’S Chocolate Tour ride are free year-round and do not require tickets. All other attractions within the facility require a paid ticket.

You’ll need a ticket to experience Create Your Own Candy Bar, HERSHEY'S Great Candy Expedition, HERSHEY’S Unwrapped, and Hershey Trolley Works. We recommend booking single or adventure bundle tickets online in advance using our handy itinerary planner, or you can visit the central ticketing counter when you arrive.

Unfortunately, attraction tickets are issued for specific days and times.

Admission to our attractions is only permitted with HERSHEY’S CHOCOLATE WORLD tickets.

Depending on the severity of the allergy, most guests are able to experience all of our attractions, including HERSHEY’S Chocolate Tour, HERSHEY’S Unwrapped, Create Your Own Candy Bar, HERSHEY'S Great Candy Expedition and Hershey Trolley Works. However, people allergic to peanuts, tree nuts, milk, soy, and/or wheat should NOT consume the products or samples given out at the attractions. Most attractions have alternative products available for guests with these allergies. See ingredients for HERSHEY'S Unwrapped, Create Your Own Candy Bar, HERSHEY'S Great Candy Expedition and REESE'S Stuff Your Cup.  Please talk with our Central Ticketing staff or call 717- 534-4900 when purchasing tickets to determine the available options.

Guests wishing to experience the Hershey Trolley Works Tour must be able to ascend three steps with the assistance of a Hershey Trolley Works Attendant. Special 'in-car' tours are available for those guests that are unable to ascend three steps. Please call 717-534-4900 with questions.

Yes. Boarding the HERSHEY’S Chocolate Tour ride requires crossing a moving turntable. Guests in motorized wheelchairs or specialized strollers will need to transfer to a manual wheelchair for the duration of the ride.

Yes, Create Your Own Candy Bar, HERSHEY'S Great Candy Expedition and HERSHEY’S Unwrapped are wheelchair accessible.

Create Your Own Candy Bar and HERSHEY’S Unwrapped are both kosher certified. 

Strollers are permitted inside HERSHEY’S CHOCOLATE WORLD.  However, to experience any of the shows or rides, your stroller must be parked outside in our covered stroller parking area. Guests wishing to rent a stroller can do so inside the main entrance to HERSHEYPARK (during its hours of operation). Neither HERSHEY’S CHOCOLATE WORLD Attraction nor its employees assume responsibility for the loss of, or damage to, personal property.

For the convenience of those visitors who own electric vehicles, there are four charging stations located in the HERSHEY’S CHOCOLATE WORLD parking lot beneath the solar canopy denoted by the green lines. Currently, charging cost is free.

Yes. Our front doors are steps away from HERSHEYPARK'S gates.

It is not. When you arrive in town, please follow signs to the HERSHEYPARK or Chocolate World lots depending on your plans for the day. If you plan to visit both HERSHEYPARK and Chocolate World, park in HERSHEYPARK'S lot. If you are only visiting Chocolate World, you should park in our lot.

The first three hours of parking are always free. All-day parking in our lot is $60 except for guests who purchase Chocolate World attraction Adventure Bundles either online in advance or at our ticketing counter. Chocolate World's parking fee is only in effect when Hersheypark is open.

Guests who stay at The Official Resorts of  HERSHEYPARK may enjoy free shuttle service to HERSHEY’S CHOCOLATE WORLD and HERSHEYPARK. Hours vary; based on when HERSHEYPARK is open.

Typically, Saturdays are the busiest days at HERSHEY’S CHOCOLATE WORLD. If you have flexibility in your travel plans, please consider visiting on a weekday.

Yes. After you’ve shopped at our chocolate-filled store, we’d be happy to store your goodies in our air-conditioned building. Ask for details at our retail registers.

Our retail store and those at HERSHEYPARK are operated separately, and we offer different merchandise.

Yes, we happily extend a 15% discount to HERSHEYPARK Season Pass Holders on all chocolate, retail, food and photo purchases year-round by showing a valid season pass. Please note this discount does not apply to attraction tickets.

Yes, we are proud to offer our military a 10% discount on all full-price merchandise, food and individual attractions (not Adventure Bundles). These discounts are available to active-duty military, reserves, retired military personnel, and members of the National Guard. Valid for in-person purchases only.

Food and beverages may be purchased at HERSHEY'S CHOCOLATE WORLD exempt from tax by a registered charitable organization that has a valid Pennsylvania sales tax exemption number. 

To purchase food and beverages exempt from tax, the following three conditions must be met:

1. The purchaser must provide an exemption certificate at the time of purchase that includes the organization's "75" number;
2. The billing of the food and beverages is made directly to the registered charitable organization; and
3. Payment is made from the organization's funds.

Payment for food and beverages by an individual on behalf of an exempt organization, such as with a personal credit card, is not considered payment from the organization's funds and will result in the tax exemption not being applied.

Yes, in order to be considered for employment, you need to apply for a position. Apply now.

If you meet the position qualifications, a Human Resources representative will contact you to conduct a 10-15 minute phone screen. If you meet the qualifications and requirements, you will be contacted for a phone or on-site interview.

You need to 1) electronically sign and accept an offer letter; 2) complete a substance abuse screening; and 3) complete a background check if you are 18 years or older.

The timing all depends on you! The quicker you complete your tasks (offer letter, substance abuse screening, and background check, if applicable) the sooner you’ll be able to start working.

No. Uniforms are provided at no cost to employees, although depending on the position, you will have to purchase tan khaki pants.
