If I represent a tax-exempt or charitable organization, can I purchase food and beverages exempt from Pennsylvania sales tax?

Food and beverages may be purchased at HERSHEY'S CHOCOLATE WORLD exempt from tax by a registered charitable organization that has a valid Pennsylvania sales tax exemption number. To purchase food and beverages exempt from tax, the following three conditions must be met: The purchaser must provide an exemption certificate at the time of purchase that includes the organization's "75" number; The billing of the food and beverages is made directly to the registered charitable organization; and Payment is made from the organization's funds. Payment for food and beverages by an individual on behalf of an exempt organization, such as with a personal credit card, is not considered payment from the organization's funds and will result in the tax exemption not being applied.
